Information we collect
We may collect information you provide to us, including your name, email address, telephone number, company, matter-related information, appointment details, and the contents of messages you send. We may also receive basic technical information when you use the website, such as browser type, device information, IP address, referring pages, and site activity.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, schedule consultations, provide legal services, communicate about matters, administer and secure the website, improve our services, comply with legal and professional obligations, and maintain appropriate business records. Text-message information
If you give us permission to communicate by text message, we use your mobile number and consent record to send service-related communications, such as appointment, matter, document, deadline, and account updates. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing legal services. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP; reply HELP for help.
Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent will never be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Service providers and disclosure
We may provide information to vendors that help us operate the firm and deliver services—such as case-management, communications, scheduling, hosting, security, and professional-service providers—only as reasonably necessary for those purposes and subject to appropriate obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business reorganization. We do not sell personal information.
Our scheduling feature is provided by a third-party service, which may collect information under its own privacy terms.
Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No electronic transmission or storage method is completely secure. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and as required by legal, ethical, insurance, and recordkeeping obligations.
