Ethan earned his undergraduate degree in Investment Finance from Wayne State University in 2003 and his law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2006. During law school, Mr. Dunn excelled in trial practice and was a member of the Mock Trial team and National Moot Court Team. He received numerous accolades in both, including an award for Best Oral Advocate. He has represented clients in both state and federal court in civil and criminal matters.
Prior to joining MAXWELL DUNN, PLC, Ethan served as a summer associated with a leading insurance and railroad defense firm in Ohio. In 2006, Ethan received a post-graduate fellowship with the Michigan Legal Aid and Defender Association (LAD). While working with LAD’s Civil Law Group, Ethan represented clients in consumer and real estate litigation matters. He also worked in the State Criminal Defender’s office representing clients charged with felony offenses.
